Natasha Hartman is a passionate thirteen-year old girl who has been earning a lot of respect from her opponents and peers since competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past 7 years. Natasha has placed in every tournament since she has started competing at the age of 6. Although she enjoys competing in many different industries, she also enjoys in-house tournaments with those she trains with consistently. Talented at a young age, she always keeps her composure and respect for the mat and her opponent. Although as she has a lot of fun meeting new friends and traveling for competitions, she maintains her hard training ethic and love for the sport. Natasha has had great success in competing in PAN Kids, Jiu-Jitsu Con, NAGA, Fuji, F2W, Grappling Industries and Colorado Jiu-Jitsu Club.

Natasha Hartman Biography
Natasha was born on July 22, 2009, in Fort Collins Colorado. She started training at the age of four in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at McMahon Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Finney McMahon, where she trained for four years. To further build on her Jiu-Jitsu, she had a year of Olympic Judo training. After a couple years of competing in Jiu-Jitsu, Natasha transferred her training to Catalyst Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu where she was able to advance in her training and continue to compete.
During her second year of middle school, she pushed her talents to another level by joining the wrestling team in 2021 and became Captain of the Varsity Team. At the end of the wrestling season, she was the first female from Poudre School District to compete in the District Championship and Podium for 2nd place. She was recognized as being an amazing athlete who inspired other team-mates to succeed as well as other females in the district to pursue this sport with confidence. Natasha is also expanding her athleticism participating in Volleyball and Track and Field.
In Spring 2022, Natasha was nominated by one of her coaches exemplifying outstanding character in the local athletic community. She was presented with the CHAMP (Character in Athletics Make it a Priority) Award in front of all her peers a school as they celebrated this incredible accomplishment.
